Building lights turning on and off

Animating one or two LED’s in each building was a simple arduino set up and program. With 14 outputs it was easy to organise a single bus wire to take the negative wires and then use the 14 output sockets to the different buildings. It was easy to double up some of the red wires going to different buildings on the layout. I used 12 volt LED’s and so there was no need to solder in a resistor. And connected the Arduino to the 5 volt socket.

Gentle moving of a boat as if in the water.

This is an eccentric wheel that a stepper motor drive one revolution forward and reverse which cause a gentle movement of the boat
This photo shows the keel of the boat resting on the wheel, note the side on the wheel to prevent the keel falling of the wheel . Works quite will.
